Strategy

A shared vision for the future

By Resolution of the Senate of Cracow University of Technology No. 77/o/12/2025 of December 17, 2025, the university adopted the Development Strategy of Cracow University of Technology for the years 2026-2031. This is the culmination of many months of work, analyses, and a broad consultation process in which the academic community of the University was engaged.

Work on the Strategy was led by a team chaired by Dr. Przemysław Wewiór. For many months, its members analyzed the most important challenges and needs of the university, as well as the directions in which Cracow University of Technology should develop. In parallel, the topic of the university’s future was the subject of meetings between the rector and the communities of individual CUT units.

An important element of the work on the document was consultation and review of the draft. Every employee of Cracow University of Technology could submit their comments and proposed changes.
