Authentication of documents issued by PK Krakow University of Technology in connection with the course or completion of studies, intended for international legal transactions.
General Information
On February 1, 2018, the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange took over from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education the competencies related to the authentication of documents issued by Polish universities.
Documents authenticated by NAWA
The Director of NAWA authenticates:
- diplomas of completion of studies and diploma supplements;
- copies of diplomas of completion of studies and copies of diploma supplements, including copies in a foreign language;
- duplicate diplomas of completion of studies and diploma supplements;
- certificates of completion of studies;
- certificates of completion of postgraduate studies;
- duplicate certificates of completion of postgraduate studies;
- certificates of completion of postgraduate studies.
Documents authenticated by PK KUT
Other documents issued by PK Krakow University of Technology in connection with the course or completion of studies and postgraduate studies, intended for international legal transactions (not listed above), are authenticated upon request by the university that issued them.
Documents for authentication are prepared by the faculty dean’s office employee.
Authentication is performed by the VICE-RECTOR FOR EDUCATION AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION.
Authentication Fee
The fee for authentication is PLN 26 per document.
