Chair of the Management Board of Centralne Laboratorium Pomiarowo–Badawcze Sp. z o.o. (since 2026); previously Director of the Quality Department (since 2020) and the Quality and Processing Department (since 2025) at Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A.; served as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Centralne Laboratorium Pomiarowo–Badawcze Sp. z o.o. (from 2020 to 2026), previously Deputy Chair of the Management Board and Technical Director (2012–2020); an expert in the fields of science, technology, economics and business for the National Centre for Research and Development, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between the Republic of Poland and the Czech Republic, and the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between the Republic of Poland and the Slovak Republic (since 2007), lecturer and research fellow.
A graduate of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology at the PK Krakow University of Technology. She obtained her PhD in Chemical Sciences from the International Doctoral Programme of the Institute of Catalysis and Surface Physico-Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology in 2005. She also completed a postgraduate course in quality management at the Poznań School of Banking in collaboration with TÜV Nord (2007), an MBA-based management programme at the Warsaw School of Economics (2017); a management programme at the Kraków Business School, affiliated with the University of Economics in Kraków (2019); and a management programme in Corporate Governance at the University of Economics in Katowice (2021). She holds an IPMA-D project management certificate (2023).
