Scope of competences of the Coordinator for Extra-Faculty Education

Coordinator for Non-Faculty Education at the PK Krakow University of Technology - dr inż. Otmar Vogt
  • supervision of the operations of the Education Department and the Centre for Education and Teaching Innovations;
  • supervision of the principles of teaching and the delivery of the teaching process on undergraduate and doctoral programmes;
  • supervision of the process of establishing and discontinuing degree programmes, as well as changes to degree programmes;
  • supervision of the Internal Quality Assurance System for Education;
  • cooperation between the University and the bodies responsible for accrediting degree programmes;
  • cooperation between PK KUT and universities under the MOSTECH programme;
  • the organisation of university admissions, excluding the admissions process for international students;
  • cooperation between the PK KUT and secondary schools;
  • supervision of postgraduate programmes and other forms of education;
  • e-learning;
  • cooperation with the Senate and Rector’s Committees on matters falling within the competence of the Representative for Education, and in particular with the Senate Committee on Teaching and the Senate Committee on the Quality of Education;
  • representing PK KUT at meetings and conferences organised by technical universities;
  • supervision of the process of archiving degree theses;
  • overseeing the implementation of national and international projects in the field of education;
  • supervision of the recording of teaching hours.
