On February 26, 20206, the Rector of PK Krakow University of Technology signed an investment loan agreement with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, in the presence of the Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski and the Minister of Education and Science Marcin Kulasek. The agreement was funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, as part of Investment C4.1.1 Support for advanced digital transformation.
The total value of the loan is PLN 254,433,563.78.
The project implementation will enable:
- increased security and control of digital infrastructure,
- enhanced efficiency and reliability of IT systems,
- streamlined university management processes and user support,
- improvement of existing and development of new digital services and process automation,
- improved quality of education and scientific research through modern digital tools,
- development of new research opportunities,
- increased competitiveness of the university in the educational and scientific market,
- strengthened resilience to threats and ensured compliance with national and EU digitalization standards,
- improved inter-institutional cooperation,
- increased innovation.
