Nor is&nbsp;commercial content from external organisations published without the formal consent of&nbsp;the university authorities or&nbsp;the PK&nbsp;Promotion Department.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to&nbsp;prepare the material?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The material must meet the following technical requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Orientation: landscape, 16:9 aspect ratio.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolution: minimum 1920 \u00d7 1080 pixels (Full HD).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Image format: JPG or&nbsp;PNG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video format: MP4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audio: the material must be&nbsp;silent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subtitles: if&nbsp;required, they must be&nbsp;permanently embedded in&nbsp;the image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum image size: 20 MB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum video size: 300 MB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum video length: 1 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The materials must comply with the PK&nbsp;Krakow University of&nbsp;Technology\u2019s&nbsp;visual identity and Brand Book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where and when to&nbsp;send the material?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Email address:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:info@pk.edu.pl\">info@pk.edu.pl<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> by&nbsp;4.00 pm&nbsp;on&nbsp;the Friday preceding the week of&nbsp;the planned broadcast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-af461d06 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please include the following in&nbsp;your message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>who is&nbsp;submitting the material;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the period during which it&nbsp;is&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;displayed (from\u2013to);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please attach the finished graphic or&nbsp;video. When submitting your request, please specify the exact location. Screens are located, amongst other places, in&nbsp;the faculty buildings, the Library Pavilion, the Sports and Recreation Centre and the GIL Gallery. If&nbsp;you are unsure which screen to&nbsp;choose, please contact the Promotion Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long will the content be&nbsp;displayed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A&nbsp;single broadcast lasts for a&nbsp;maximum of&nbsp;14 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The same material may be&nbsp;broadcast again no&nbsp;earlier than 30 days after the previous broadcast has ended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If&nbsp;the material queue is&nbsp;full, the submission may be&nbsp;placed on&nbsp;a&nbsp;waiting list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materials that do&nbsp;not meet the requirements may be&nbsp;returned for correction, which will delay the broadcast by&nbsp;one cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PK&nbsp;Promotion Department may change the date or&nbsp;time of&nbsp;broadcast, or&nbsp;refuse to&nbsp;show the
