HR Excellence in Research at Cracow University of Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The HR Excellence in Research award at Cracow University of Technology (Politechnika Krakowska \u2013 PK) is a prestigious distinction granted by the European Commission. It recognizes institutions that implement the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), ensuring transparent recruitment (OTM-R) and high-quality working conditions for researchers. PK first received the award in January 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award and related initiatives are coordinated by the Human Resources Development Office<\/strong> (Biuro Doskonalenia Kadr<\/em>), established by the Rector on 1 July 2025. Among its key responsibilities are coordinating PK’s efforts to obtain and maintain the HR Excellence in Research distinction, overseeing the implementation of the OTM-R Policy in line with the European Charter for Researchers, and developing training and professional development programmes for PK employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
