FERS.01.05-IP.08-0193\/25<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project value: 1,916,186.40 PLN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project objective:<\/strong> The &#8220;Centrer for Education and Didactic Innovation&#8221; (CEID) project aims to&nbsp;systematically strengthen the quality of&nbsp;didactics at&nbsp;the Cracow University of&nbsp;Technology by&nbsp;developing support structures and programs for improving didactic, digital, universal design, and green transformation competencies. It&nbsp;includes the establishment of&nbsp;a&nbsp;new CEID unit, training of&nbsp;mentoring staff, a&nbsp;pilot series of&nbsp;training courses, and expert pathways \u2013 thus responding to&nbsp;the identified needs of&nbsp;the university and aligning with the University Strategy&#8217;s&nbsp;objective 1.4, improving the quality of&nbsp;education, and 1.5.2, equalizing educational opportunities within the framework of&nbsp;improving the student and doctoral student support program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anticipated main results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creation of&nbsp;a&nbsp;permanent, integrated system for the development of&nbsp;didactic, digital, universal design, and green transformation competencies for PK&nbsp;staff through the establishment of&nbsp;CEID, preparation of&nbsp;mentors, and implementation of&nbsp;a&nbsp;comprehensive training program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishment of&nbsp;CEID \u2014 Transformation of&nbsp;the E-learning Centre into a&nbsp;new unit, the Centre for Education and Didactic Innovation (CEID), comprising three sections (mentoring, digital and green competencies, universal design), along with full organizational support: regulations, roles, quality procedures, and principles of&nbsp;cooperation<br>with PK&nbsp;units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening the quality assurance system for didactics \u2014 Implementation of&nbsp;training evaluation mechanisms, a&nbsp;feedback collection system, and ensuring permanent organizational support for the university&#8217;s&nbsp;development activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing accessibility \u2014 Employment of&nbsp;a&nbsp;person with a&nbsp;disability in&nbsp;CEID administration (0.5 FTE), strengthening the unit&#8217;s&nbsp;inclusivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building the Academy of&nbsp;Mentors \u2014 Recruitment and training of&nbsp;20 disciplinary mentors in&nbsp;four key areas: modern teaching methods, digital competencies, universal design, green transformation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raising the competencies of&nbsp;didactic staff and doctoral students \u2014 Conducting a&nbsp;pilot program for 100 individuals, including workshops and a&nbsp;feedback session, carried out using a&nbsp;project-based method in&nbsp;interdisciplinary teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of&nbsp;an&nbsp;interdisciplinary project work model \u2014 Application of&nbsp;project methods, testing, and experience exchange as&nbsp;a&nbsp;standard in&nbsp;training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of&nbsp;expert pathways \u2014 Providing an&nbsp;extended development program for 120 individuals, including language courses, intensive didactic workshops (PBL, CSBL, Design Thinking, Flipped Classroom), and specialized training in&nbsp;digital competencies, green transformation, and UDL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening the practical application of&nbsp;competencies \u2014 Conducting courses in&nbsp;small groups, using a&nbsp;project-based method, with an&nbsp;emphasis on&nbsp;implementing learned tools in&nbsp;didactic practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Target group:<\/strong> The target group is&nbsp;the Cracow University of&nbsp;Technology, which will be&nbsp;strengthened<br>by&nbsp;a&nbsp;new unit implementing the University Strategy, thereby improving the quality of&nbsp;education at&nbsp;PK. The subject of&nbsp;the project is&nbsp;the development of&nbsp;a <strong>MOOC<\/strong> type course titled <strong>&#8220;AutoCAD as&nbsp;an&nbsp;introduction to&nbsp;BIM and teamwork&#8221;<\/strong>, which will be&nbsp;made available free of&nbsp;charge on&nbsp;the nationwide NAVOICA platform. The aim of&nbsp;the project is&nbsp;to&nbsp;develop technical, environmental, and digital competencies in&nbsp;the field of&nbsp;planning, analysis, and implementation of&nbsp;activities leading to&nbsp;the reduction of&nbsp;greenhouse gas emissions throughout the life cycle of&nbsp;buildings. The project is&nbsp;implemented in&nbsp;cooperation with the Partner \u2013 the National Centre for Nuclear Research (NCBJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project activities:<\/strong> The project includes the following activities in&nbsp;the period from October 1, 2026, to&nbsp;September 30, 2029:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>modification of&nbsp;study programs for four second-cycle study fields: <em>Electrical Engineering and Automation<\/em>, <em>Nuclear Energy<\/em>, <em>Materials Engineering<\/em>, and <em>Industrial Biotechnology<\/em>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creation of&nbsp;two new specializations in&nbsp;second-cycle studies in&nbsp;the fields of <em>Computer Science<\/em> (specialization: <em>Site Reliability Engineering<\/em>) and <em>Civil Engineering<\/em> (specialization: <em>Civil Engineering in&nbsp;Nuclear Energy<\/em>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implementation of&nbsp;additional educational elements for students of&nbsp;the supported fields and specializations, including training, workshops, domestic and international study visits, and internships;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>development of&nbsp;competencies and qualifications of&nbsp;staff conducting didactics in&nbsp;the aforementioned fields and specializations, through the possibility of&nbsp;participating in&nbsp;a&nbsp;wide range of&nbsp;specialized training, workshops, and study visits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>equipping university didactic laboratories with modern equipment (e.g., electrical energy storage, multiphase protection tester, large-format 3D printers, workstations, phytotron chambers) and specialized software and cloud infrastructure for conducting classes within new and modified study programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Partner, i.e., NCBJ, is&nbsp;involved in&nbsp;the modification of&nbsp;study programs, the development of&nbsp;project participants&#8217; competencies, and the implementation of&nbsp;education in&nbsp;the field of <em>Nuclear Energy<\/em> and in&nbsp;the new specialization <em>Civil Engineering in&nbsp;Nuclear Energy<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Target groups:<\/strong> PK&nbsp;Krakow University of&nbsp;Technology.
